When you contact us via the form, phone or email we collect your name, contact details, postcode and the details of the work you've described. We may also collect technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) to keep the site secure and improve it.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Customer records (jobs, invoices, F-Gas certificates) are kept for at least 7 years to meet HMRC and F-Gas record-keeping requirements.
